With over 15 years of combined experience in executive management and creative consulting across entertainment, sports, and real estate industries, Tricia holds several key positions within the Great Gain brand.
As the Director of Operations for the So Cal Fierce Basketball Program, she leads strategic planning, operations, and brand development. She oversees business operations, program management, digital presence, and event planning. Through comprehensive parent support—both online and in person—she ensures a safe and nurturing environment for children throughout all program activities.
Tricia serves as the Co-Founder and President of Great Gain Athletics Association Inc (GGAA INC), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Through this role, she develops and implements youth program initiatives and events for underrepresented communities. As an on-board FIBA Sports Agent for the “pro-club experience” flagship program, she guides athletes through contract negotiations for overseas professional opportunities.
