WHO WE ARE
We are a players-first youth basketball program established January 2021. We aim to raise the bar in athletic training, IQ development and mentorship coaching. Our mission is to advance student athletes in a safe and positive learning environment to achieve their long-term improvement goals. We envision a future as leaders in youth basketball creating opportunities for all aspiring athletes to thrive on the court, in the classroom and in life.
WHAT WE OFFER
We exist to provide an elevated sports experience that helps young athletes shape their love and respect for the game. With a progressive-style coaching and our Fierce curriculum, we focus on teaching the game in a way that heightens a player’s individual strength as a Fierce athlete and the team’s overall success as Fearless competitors. Their experience here will not only improve their athletic performance but also, help build mindfulness and character. Being able to cultivate a complete player, starts with the ability to cultivate untapped potential. When realized, they will identify and draw the connection between basketball and the endless opportunities on and off the floor.
Our core programs include our Travel Ball Teams, Camps & Clinics and our Fierce Elite development extension program.

We believe in keeping things simple and practical to achieve optimal results. Over-complexity in any business can come off as unnecessary fluff. We focus on fundamentals in basketball and in business. We work with what works best for everyone!

OUR TEAM
Coach Mike
President & Director Of Basketball Development
Over 10 years of invaluable experience as a professional international player, coach and mentor, playing abroad in countries such as, Australia, China, Canada, Africa and the Middle East. He has held positions as a LA Clippers youth coach, player development coach at the university level and international coach in Hong Kong.
He has since moved on to establish his own legacy as co-founder of Great Gain Athletics Inc, a not-for-profit sports mentoring organization. All the education, resources and opportunities he garnered over the years he now gives back through “Pro-Club Experience“, a pro-prep program for aspiring, underrepresented young people.
Now as the DOBD for So Cal Fierce Basketball, he employs the knowledge and experience he’s gained over the years to develop an unmatched basketball curriculum for athletes at every level. His gift to reach the youth has left an impact on athletes in ways that extend beyond the game of basketball. He is a well-rounded and well-respected coach. One of the many reasons he stays in high demand.
Tricia
CEO & Director Of Operations
Over 15 years combined experience in executive management and creative consulting working in the entertainment, sports and real estate industries. Not only is Tricia the Co-Founder & Executive Director of our partner not-for-profit organization, Great Gain Athletics Inc, she is also the on board Fiba Sports Agent to provide contract assistance for “pro-club experience” athletes, GGA Inc’s flagship program, who are interested in playing professionally overseas. In her day to day role, she handles operations, strategic management and content creation for the organization, it’s programs, activities and events.
Tricia is the DOO for So Cal Fierce Basketball Program. She manages the back-office as well as the marketing and branding for the company. Tricia also steps in as extended support for parents, ensuring your child is always in a safe, supervised and supportive environment during activities and events.
